Junior Coaches will learn how to coach at our development leagues and implement the things they learn directly through the sessions. Jr Coaches can expect to coach kids anywhere between 1st grade and 8th grade. Junior coaches will learn first hand knowledge from TCV mentor coaches and will also earn a stipend to help cover club and club travel. Through the interview process each applicant will be able to build their working resume and potential extracurriculars for college applications.
